Good stay in a perfect...
- What did you like most?The location is perfect, great place to start your journey through NYC. The lobby is visually pleasing. Rooms are cleaned every day. Good WiFi connection. The view from one room at the WTC is just breathtaking.
- Was there anything you didn't like?In general - the photos of the hotel are over-hyped. It leads to a higher expectations which then meet the reality. Our corner room was nothing like the one from the pictures - it didn’t have the corner window + from one side the view was heading towards the building next to us (so keep that in mind when booking). When asked if there’s anything we can do to change it, the receptionist said they’re fully booked (doubt it—there were still some rooms available online) and they can cancel the reservation if we’re not satisfied (not helpful). The rooms require renovation (really poor standard) - they’re nothing like the ’modern’ lobby from the pics. The bar wasn’t operational.
