Disappointing
- What did you like most?Perfect location
- Was there anything you didn't like?Too expensive
Badly run and maintained hotel...
- What did you like most? The only thing I liked about this hotel was the location.
- Was there anything you didn't like? When we first arrived we saw that despite there being 4 of us in the room and there were only 2 pillows (1 pillow each for two double beds!) We asked for 2 more pillows 3 times. The last ask was at around 9 pm. At this point we were very tired and jet lagged after a long journey and when I asked how we were meant to sleep without pillows the response from the receptionist was ‘that’s not my problem’ Luckily we could borrow pillows from our sister’s room to go to sleep only to be waken up at 11 pm by a maintenance guy with 2 pillows in his hand. Same thing happened for the towels and hairdryer. Eventually we could get some towels (which we got ourselves from the cart!) but we had no luck with the hairdryer at all. We were told the hotel had run out of hairdryers. I should add that I had to go the reception from the 17th floor for each request as the phones in the room did not work for the duration of our stay (6 nights!) The bed sheets had holes. The shower curtain was tiny which meant the entire bathroom was soaked after each shower. So overall I was not happy with the way this hotel was maintained and run. I would not recommend it to anyone.
